| Answer. Nope! We're solely focused on India. If we receive a lot of requests to ship elsewhere, we may look into it. For now, "we're here only." |

Question.2 How do I check the status of my order? |
| Answer. We will send you e-mail updates when there is a status change to your order.

Question.3 How do I ensure that you have correctly registered the order placed? |
| Answer. Go to My Account (you'll need to be signed in). On the left, click My Orders. There you'll see the status of all the orders you've placed.

Question.4 How long does it take for my order to reach? |
Answer. Greeting cards are sent via India Post. You should allow 5-6 working days for delivery.
Gifts are sent via a reputed, pan-national, courier and take 2-4 working days for delivery
Greeting cards and gifts, if ordered together, are placed in one shipment and sent via courier.
We are currently researching other delivery methods. We welcome your suggestion through our feedback page. |

Question.5 Is my credit card secure when I use it on your web site? |
| Answer. We use CCAvenue and PayPal for processing credit card payments. CCAvenue and PayPal are two of the most respected payment gateways on the Internet today. Your credit card information is not given to Greetwell, the transaction is completely with those vendors and is secure.

Question.6 What do I do if I forgot my username or password? |
Answer. Your username is the e-mail address you used to register (ex: yourname@emailprovider.com).

The short answer is "We don't." To use our free occasion reminder service, we ask only for your name and e-mail. All other information is purely optional. In order to purchase items and have them shipped, you'll have to submit some other details. Even so, we don't (and won't) share the information you give us with any third parties (including search engine spiders!). |
