It felt less like a birthday cruise and more like being adopted by a sea-bound, wine-wielding fairy godfather with a playlist and a spatula. Captain Sebastian is not just a captain. He’s also a chef, wine pourer, host, comedian, and if you give him a mic and a glass of merlot, a lounge singer too.
