This Cape May property hits all the right notes for a classic beach getaway. Guests consistently praise the unbeatable oceanfront location and how close everything feels to the water. The rooms earn high marks for cleanliness and comfort, with several reviewers mentioning they were better than expected. Many appreciate the variety of room types, from poolside patios to ocean-view suites, and the thoughtful touches like themed rooms during the holidays. Harry's Bar right on-site gets repeated mentions as a convenient spot for drinks and meals. The staff really stands out here. From front desk team members like Fran, Marcella, and Diane to shuttle driver Rick, guests rave about the friendly, helpful service. Speaking of the shuttle, it's a surprisingly popular amenity that runs both ways into town, making it easy to explore Washington Street without worrying about parking. The value seems solid too, especially during off-season visits when you can enjoy the property without crowds or minimum stay requirements. One guest did mention bright exterior lighting at night interfering with sleep, but this seems to be an isolated complaint rather than a widespread issue.
Pretty nice and clean place! It's right on the beach and the beach is about 2-4 minutes walk depending on your speed. Room 303 has a seperate living room area attached to a patio while Room 212 has a big bathroom. It also has a small patio but it's connected to their bar area so you will have to keep the curtains closed if there are people sitting there. There's ample parking but it may get tight if all rooms are booked. Restaurants are at a walking distance from here. So, overall this is a pretty strong location. The cons here are: - the bathroom didn't have a lotion. - the elevator is really far from some rooms such as 303.
