2-Hour Helicopter Elopement in Palmer

Take an R44 helicopter toward mountain and glacier scenery for a private elopement ceremony. Landing areas are selected based on flight time, conditions, and safety.

• Fly above mountains, glaciers, and wilderness
• Explore one or two landing areas that may include glacier, alpine, ice wall, waterfall, meadow, or lakeside settings
• Bring your own photographer, as photography services are not included
• Use the available changing room for wedding attire
• Bring small cakes, snacks, champagne, and keepsakes within your reported weight

Know before you go

• Arrive 30 minutes before departure for a safety briefing
• Sign the liability waiver before arrival
• Seat weight limit is 300 lbs, including clothing and personal gear; passengers over the limit cannot fly and may not receive a refund
• R44 passenger and gear weight limit is 650 lbs total
• Expect actual weights at check-in and seating assignments based on helicopter weight and balance
• Wear sturdy, closed-toe, flat-soled footwear while walking outdoors; bring dress shoes separately for photos
• Complete hair and makeup before arrival
• Leave bear spray, aerosols, weapons, lithium batteries, smoking items, glitter, sparklers, confetti, and fireworks behind
• Hold a Federal Aviation Administration Part 107 drone license to operate a drone; drone use requires pilot approval based on air traffic
• Expect winter conditions to affect landing locations, as direct glacier landings may be unsafe due to snow depth
