No coolers and no dogs are allowed onboard (service animals are welcome). Tours are subject to weather and sea conditions at the captain’s discretion.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund if you cancel within 7 days of booking. 50% refund if you cancel 3+ days before departure. No refunds within 3 days of departure, for late arrival, or no-shows. If Reel Sea cancels due to weather, choose a full refund or reschedule within 1 year.

Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in. The boat departs promptly at your reserved time and will not wait; if you miss the boat, you may be able to change the date if it can be accommodated, or you forfeit your payment.
Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, swimwear and a coverup, a towel, water shoes or flip-flops, and your phone or camera. Bring bug spray—no-see-ums and mosquitoes are in the area.
Bring a valid ID if you are 21+ (no exceptions). Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
