Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund. Cancel 3 or more days before departure for a 50% refund. No refund for cancellations within 3 days, late arrivals, or no-shows. If the operator cancels due to weather, choose a full refund or reschedule within 1 year.

Arrive 30 minutes early for check-in. The boat departs promptly at your reserved time and will not wait; if you miss the boat, you may be able to change the date if it can be accommodated, or you forfeit your payment.
Bring sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, swimwear and a coverup, a towel, water shoes or flip-flops, and your phone or camera. Bring bug spray—no-see-ums and mosquitoes are in the area.
Bring a valid ID if you are 21+ (no exceptions). Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
