1031 N Academic Way Dock B, Coeur d'Alene, Idaho 83814
Kelly and the team here have built a genuinely strong reputation for boat rentals on Lake Coeur d'Alene. Repeat customers are common, with many families coming back season after season, drawn by clean and well-maintained boats, friendly staff, and a smooth rental process from start to finish. The location is a highlight too, sitting close to great dining options and offering easy lake access. Staff take time to walk renters through the boats and provide helpful tips like lake maps and areas to avoid, which newcomers especially appreciate. The occasional complaint does surface around staff communication, with a couple of reviewers noting interactions that felt condescending or dismissive when issues arose. These appear to be isolated incidents against an otherwise consistent track record of positive experiences, but it is worth knowing that if something goes sideways, resolution may depend on who you end up dealing with. On the whole though, the overwhelmingly positive pattern here is hard to ignore, and for a hassle-free day on the water with reliable boats and accommodating staff, this is a solid choice.
Great experience. Crew at the dock were friendly and helpful, knowledgeable. We had 11 people on one of their pontoon boats. It had plenty of room and still had the power to pull a tube easily. It was a lot of fun.
