- Arrive 30 minutes before your tour for check-in and instruction
- Drivers must be 18+ with valid photo ID; passengers must be ages 8+
- Bring the credit card used for your booking and matching valid photo ID
- Combined passenger weight is limited to 350 lbs per Jet Ski and may be checked on arrival
- Pairs over the weight limit cannot ride together and need a separate Jet Ski if available
- Not suitable for pregnant people or people with recent surgeries or back problems
- Wear water-appropriate clothing and bring a bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and sunglasses
- Expect applicable tax in addition to the listed price
- Complete a waiver before participating
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before start. No refunds within 24 hours; late arrivals and no-shows are charged in full. Rescheduling within 24 hours costs $25 per jet ski. You won't be charged if the operator cancels due to weather or sea conditions.
