Cancel 30+ days in advance for a full refund of your deposit. Cancel 30–10 days out: reschedule if possible; operator may keep your deposit. Cancel within 9 days: operator may keep your deposit; no refunds or rescheduling. If operator cancels and can’t reschedule, you get a 100% refund.
