Itinerary

1. Arrive at Poe Springs Park (28800 NW 182nd Ave. High Springs)
2. Pay gate fee of $6
3. After the gate house, turn left and park on the grassy hill
4. Walk down to the AOA Boat Barn next to the boat ramp
5. Check in with staff to prepare for launch
6. Meander downriver in your rented watercraft to Santa Fe River Park (just before the bridge)
7. Beach your craft off to the side of the boat ramp and call for the shuttle (352-507-0059)
8. Board the shuttle back to Poe Springs Park and your car
9. Spend the rest of your day enjoying Poe Springs Park

Important details

• Complete the required digital waiver before arrival
• Requires arm mobility for paddling; swimming ability is recommended
• A $6 Poe Springs Park gate fee applies
• Return your vessel by 5:00 PM; late returns may incur $30 per vessel per hour
• Follow the rules at every park you visit during the paddle
• Keep rental equipment in your care until staff receives it; a card on file may be charged up to the retail cost for lost or damaged gear
• Do not leave equipment unattended; fees may apply for vessels, vests, and paddles left behind
• Reach the designated pickup point; pickups outside it may incur charges up to $50 per vessel, plus applicable per-person or mileage fees
