Things to know
No rental pickups later than 4:30pm Monday–Saturday and 3:30pm on Sundays. If you don’t pick up or cancel within 48 hours, you’ll be charged the first day of the rental.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation accepted before 48 hours of pick up for a full refund. 48 hours or less or failure to call or pick up will be charged for the first day of rental equivalent to the type of bicycle rented.
