Cancellation Policy
Cancel 72+ hours ahead for a full refund. Cancellations 24–72 hours ahead forfeit the deposit; within 24 hours, the full charter fee is charged. Receive a full refund or alternate date if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. BVI payments are nonrefundable if you forget a valid passport.
