Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 3 days before for a full refund; groups of 15+ must cancel at least 5 days before. No refund for later cancellations or no-shows. If the operator cancels due to dangerous weather, high water, or other unforeseen circumstances, a raincheck or refund is issued.
