The vibe here is consistently enthusiastic, with guides like Tom, Logan, Miles, Brad, Betsy, and Meric earning genuine praise for their friendly, personalized approach. People love that the staff takes time to match the pace to different abilities and creates a relaxed atmosphere that works equally well for bachelorette parties and family outings. The communication from booking through to tour day gets specific callouts for being organized and helpful. Both tour options deliver, whether you choose the winery route through Manson's backroads or the more adventurous terrain that winds past rivers, orchards, and dramatic viewpoints. The ebikes themselves are well-maintained with strong batteries that handle hills easily, even for riders who haven't been on a bike in years. Many reviewers mention discovering scenic spots and smaller lakes they would've missed sticking to the main roads. One heads-up: wine tastings aren't included in the tour price, so budget separately for flights at the wineries. Returning customers appear frequently in reviews, which speaks volumes about the experience quality under both previous and new ownership.
Returning customer here! I’ve done this bike tour twice now and have always enjoyed it, I’d recommend everybody try it at least once! The guides are always super nice and personable. I love that you can choose how easy or difficult you want the biking part to be. And it’s definitely a fun way to try out a couple wineries in the area!
