- Arrive 30–45 minutes early on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; arrive 30 minutes early Monday–Friday
- Provide each passenger's first and last name for the Coast Guard manifest
- Passengers should be in good overall health and have no head, neck, or back injuries due to the bouncy ride
- The suggested minimum age is 4 years old
