Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 30 days before departure for a full refund. Cancellations 15–30 days before departure forfeit the 20% deposit; no refunds within 15 days. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the same terms. If the operator cancels before departure, reschedule or receive a full refund. If a glacier landing is not possible, the glacier-landing portion is refunded.
