Arrive 30 minutes before departure to find parking and check in. Complete online waivers for every passenger before check-in. No glass bottles are allowed onboard.
Full refund with 48 hours notice before departure. If booking within 48 hours of departure, no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged full price. Ticket service charge is a 3rd party non refundable fee.
