This tour is gratuity-based; tipping your guide is extra (recommended tip is $30 per person). Expect 5–7 km of walking over about 3 hours, with several flights of stairs; wheelchair accessible but not recommended if you can’t walk or stand for long periods.
Free tours: booking fees (if any) refundable with 24 hours’ notice. Late cancels/no-shows: booking fees are non-refundable. Groups under 5 may be charged US$2/person for late cancel/no-show.
Arrive 15 minutes early to check in. Your reservation is only held until 10 minutes before the start time; after that, your spot may be given to walk-ups. Once the tour departs, you may not be able to catch up with the guide.
Expect several flights of stairs along the route. The tour is not stroller-friendly; if you bring a stroller, expect to carry your child up and down at least 5 flights of stairs.
