Things to know
You must sign a Venture Outdoors waiver. Venture Outdoors and Kayak Pittsburgh are not responsible for the condition or damage of personal equipment. You must return prior to closing to be pulled back up on the Venture Outdoors dock.
Cancellation Policy
If severe weather shortens your watercraft rental by more than 30 minutes, you will receive a full refund or can move your booking to a future date. Refunds are credited to the payment method in 3 to 5 standard business days.
