- Complete the required canoe and kayak safety videos and 10-question quiz before your rental
- Wear quick-drying clothing and secure water shoes or sandals; avoid flip-flops
- No alcohol is permitted in boats
- Single kayaks require ages 15+ and a minimum weight of 100 lbs; minors must be accompanied by an adult
- Tandem kayaks and canoes require children to be accompanied by an adult and weigh at least 30 lbs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the activity for a full refund or one-time transfer. One reservation change is included if requested at least 72 hours ahead and subject to availability. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.
