- Expect uneven natural terrain with sloping declines and inclines
- Leave dogs and other pets at home; they cannot be outside your vehicle
- Do not bring aerosol bug spray or sunscreen; apply it before arrival
- No smoking, vaping, eating, or outside alcohol on public treks

No cancellations, refunds, or credits for this event. Late arrivals and no-shows are charged the full price and cannot catch up. Rebooking may be available for a fee for the same event within the same season. Full refund if the operator cancels.
