Off-roaders consistently praise the impressive trail system here, which offers everything from beginner-friendly paths to seriously technical challenges. The terrain variety keeps things interesting with rock climbs, creek crossings, and steep hills, while the trails themselves are exceptionally well-marked and maintained. Multiple reviewers highlight how easy navigation is, letting you focus on the fun rather than figuring out where to go. The campground facilities earn high marks too, with clean bathrooms featuring hot showers and full RV hookups that work reliably. The staff genuinely seems to make a difference in people's experiences. Guides get specific shoutouts for being attentive and helpful, actually getting out to assist riders with gearing and technique rather than just leading the pack. The front desk crew is noted for being friendly and providing useful trail recommendations. A few practical heads-ups: WiFi is weak or non-existent at campsites (though cell service improves on the trails), and the campsite lights are quite bright, so blackout curtains help. Plan to get dusty and bring or buy goggles onsite. The overall vibe is welcoming for both first-timers and experienced riders looking to test their rigs.
It was a great experience on the off-road trails. We went with another couple and each rented side by sides. Josh, did a great job giving us a great tour of the trails. Found lots of water to get dirty and would highly recommend this adventure!
