Step inside Hopsewee Plantation for a historic home tour guided by storyteller Elizabeth Robertson Huntsinger and her haunted tales of Georgetown County. Arrive early to enjoy Wine by the River with drinks and hors d'oeuvres before the 4:00 tour.
No photos or video are permitted inside the house or during the tour, and devices must be turned off inside. The tour includes seven entry steps and a full flight of stairs to access the upstairs.
Refunds available up to 24 hours in advance with a 15% fee. No refunds with less than 24 hours notice. Activity runs rain or shine. If the seller cancels, tickets will be refunded.
Arrive 10 minutes before your tour start time.
Wear comfortable shoes and avoid high heels. Dress for the weather since part of the tour takes place outside. Bring bug spray if you’re sensitive to mosquitoes.
You may take photos of the house exterior and the plantation grounds and gardens. Do not take photos or video inside the house or of the tour at any point, and turn off cameras, cell phones, and electronic devices while inside.

Beautiful historical place. Love the River Oak tea room. Food is delicious and this time I came home with my favorite tea. Musuem is very educational too.
