Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 72 hours before departure. Cancellations 24–72 hours before departure forfeit the deposit; cancellations within 24 hours are charged the full charter fee. Full refund or alternate date if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Forgetting a passport may result in a USVI-only itinerary without refunds for additional BVI payments.
