Carriage tours of historic Lexington don't get much better than this. Guides like Angel, Wayne, Courtney, and Shayna consistently stand out for their deep knowledge of local history and their natural ability to keep guests engaged, whether that's a curious adult or a high-energy eight-year-old. The horses, including fan favorites Woody, Weepy, Mutt, and Max, are clearly well cared for and full of personality. After the ride, guests are often invited to give the horses treats and pets, which adds a genuinely warm touch to the experience. Locals even bring their out-of-town guests here regularly, which says a lot. This is a relaxed, informative, and memorable way to get acquainted with Lexington's rich history.
We enjoyed this tour very much. Angel, Weepy & Woody were especially friendly. Angel was so knowledgeable and a joy to be with. Would do it again.
