Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time and check in at the Clubhouse
- Complete your waiver before arrival
- Ages 14+ only; ages 14 and 15 require a responsible adult on the grounds
- Weight limit: 100–230 lbs; all participants are weighed at check-in
- Wear closed-toed shoes; sandals and flip-flops are not permitted
- Requires average mobility and strength and reasonably good health
- Pregnant travelers and anyone under the influence of alcohol, illegal drugs, or impairing legal drugs cannot participate
- Bring a parent- or legal guardian-signed waiver and a photocopy of their driver's license for unaccompanied participants under 18
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before your tour for a refund minus a $10 per-person service fee; booking fees are nonrefundable. Change your date or time once up to 7 days before the original tour. No refunds or reschedules within 7 days. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen conditions.
FAQs
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toed hiking shoes or sneakers. Avoid loose clothing and dangling jewelry, skip short shorts, and tie back long hair.
Bring cameras only with an attached strap. Bring a GoPro only with a helmet strap; personal helmets and sticky mounts cannot be used on the provided helmets. Cell phones are discouraged.
Rent a ViewPoint video camera to capture your experience. Adventure photo albums are also available.
