- Expect a fuel charge not included in the listed price, billed after the charter at market price per gallon based on usage
- Budget estimated fuel costs of $200–$300 for Jost Van Dyke, $300–$400 for Norman and Jost, or $400–$500 for The Baths
- Trips to The Baths require the extended-day option and are subject to weather and sea conditions
- Use reef-safe sunscreen; spray sunscreen is not permitted
- Cash crew gratuity of 20% of the charter total is recommended
- A $100 cleaning fee may apply for excessive mess or dirtiness

Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 72 hours' notice. Cancel 24–72 hours before departure and forfeit your deposit; within 24 hours, the full charter fee is charged. Full refund or an alternate date if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Forgetting a valid passport may result in a USVI-only itinerary with no refund for additional BVI payments.
