- Basic swimming skills, comfort in the ocean, and the ability to climb a ladder to reboard are required
- Non-swimmers are not permitted in the water
- Good physical and mental health is required
- Not permitted during pregnancy or with regular back or neck issues
- English conversation ability is required for safety instructions
- Children under 3 require an appropriately sized life jacket; infant life jackets are not provided
- Full-face snorkel masks are not permitted
- Expect sea spray and limited storage; bring only essential items in a small dry bag
- Use reef-safe lotion sunscreen; spray sunscreen is not permitted
- A matching valid photo ID and the credit card used for the booking may be required at check-in
Cancellation Policy
Refundable tickets: receive a full refund when you cancel in writing at least 7 days before the trip. Non-refundable tickets have no refunds. Rebooking is allowed up to 7 days before the trip. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels, including for weather.
FAQs
Wear your swimsuit under sun-protective clothing. Bring reef-safe lotion sunscreen (no spray sunscreen) and pack light—this is a wet ride with common sea spray and limited storage. Bring a small dry bag for essentials.
All ages are welcome, but infant life jackets are not provided. If you bring a child under 3, bring an appropriately sized life jacket or you may be denied boarding due to safety regulations.
You need basic swimming skills to enter the water. If you don’t swim, you can still ride along and relax on the boat while you enjoy the Kona coastline.
