Things to know
You must complete a PADI medical questionnaire at check-in; some conditions require a doctor’s consent. Allow 18 hours to pass before flying after diving. Gratuity is not included.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour to avoid charges; cancellations within 48 hours are charged 50%. Bookings made less than 24 hours before the tour are final and charged in full. No-shows are charged in full. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather, safety, or other uncontrollable circumstances.
