Meet us on the dock at 12 Little Island Way, Bass Harbor Maine, 04653
Eli, Robin, Hutch, and Matt have built something genuinely special out of Bass Harbor. These are local guides who clearly love where they live, and that enthusiasm comes through on every cruise. Reviewers consistently rave about the wildlife sightings, including bald eagles, harbor seals, grey seals, porpoises, and even the occasional whale or puffin, and the captains always seem to know exactly where to look. The thoughtful touch of rotating the boat so everyone gets a good view says a lot about how much they care about the experience. Both group nature cruises and private charters get glowing feedback, and families with young kids mention it works well for all ages. The historical narration gets called out repeatedly as a highlight, going well beyond typical tour commentary. Across hundreds of reviews, the sentiment is remarkably consistent: people leave feeling like they got far more than they expected. If you're spending time in the Acadia area, this one is worth putting at the top of your list.
