Know before you go
- Arrive 15–20 minutes early for parking and organized group check-in
- Remain in your vehicle until your scheduled check-in time if you arrive early
- Enter through the Elm Street entrance and pull close to the gate for automatic access
- Have your full group present before check-in
- Expect walking on uneven terrain across a working ranch
- Remain with your assigned guide and smaller group throughout the tour
- Keep children supervised at all times
- Do not feed or chase animals, run, or engage in rough play
- Only certified service animals are permitted; emotional support animals and pets are not allowed
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. Confirm your final headcount before arrival; changes within 48 hours may not be eligible for adjustment or refund. Rescheduling may be available with advance notice, subject to availability.
