Greg has been taking people up in balloons for over 45 years, and that experience shows in every aspect of how he runs things. Reviewers consistently praise his calm, professional demeanor and genuine care for passengers, whether he's helping a 93-year-old first-timer feel completely at ease or setting the scene for a mid-air marriage proposal. His ground crew gets just as much love, with guests noting how smoothly everything runs from arrival to the champagne toast at the end. The flights themselves offer stunning sunrise views over the Treasure Valley, and Greg adds fun touches along the way, like skimming ponds for a "splash and dash." Weather rescheduling does happen occasionally, but past guests frame this as a sign that safety comes first rather than a frustration. If you're looking for a bucket list experience with a pilot you can genuinely trust, this one is hard to beat.
The ballon ride was amazing. You will not get a better view of the valley or sunrise anywhere else.
