Itinerary
- Arrive at our meeting location at the Provo River. Directions are on your confirmation email.
- Meet your shuttle driver & shuttle to the launch area.
- Get geared up with your PFDs and your kayaks(s).
- Participate in Provo River orientation, safety briefing & paddling overview.
- Launch onto the river.
- At the take out, meet our staff to return your kayaks(s) and gear. Your vehicle is conveniently parked at the take-out.
Important details
- Ages 3+ only
- Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult or guardian at all times
- Children under 12 must ride in a two-person kayak with an adult at all times
- Float without a river guide or immediate staff assistance after launch
Cancellation Policy
Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 24 hours before launch, less a $32 administrative fee. Cancellations less than 24 hours before launch are handled case-by-case and refunds are not guaranteed. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

No. You paddle this trip self-guided, and there is no river guide or immediate staff assistance after you launch.
Bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and sun protection. Wear a swimsuit or quick-drying clothes and footwear that straps on (water sandals with straps or sneakers); avoid flip flops. Pack dry clothes, a towel, and shoes for after, and secure any phone or camera with a strap and flotation device.
No alcohol and no glass containers. Do not bring pets, except service animals.
