How many people do the Jeeps hold?
Each Jeep holds a maximum of 7 guests plus your driver/guide. The seating includes 1 guest in the front passenger seat and 6 guests in the back on two inward-facing bench seats.
Do I have to pay for parking?
There is plenty of free parking at the meeting point.
Will my kids like this tour?

Can I take a ride-share to your location?
UBER and LYFT can drop you off at the departure location. Inform your guide if you plan to use a ride-share service.
What is your pet policy?
Service dogs and well-behaved family dogs are welcome on private tours. All dogs must remain leashed and under your control at all times. Cats and other animals are not permitted.
What happens if it's supposed to rain?
Tours take place as scheduled: rain or shine, cloudy or clear, hot or cold. Tours may be altered for safety. In the event of heavy rains or flash flood advisories, the tour will be canceled or rescheduled. If you wish to cancel due to weather when it is deemed safe to operate, the standard 48-hour policy applies. If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather, you may reschedule, receive a gift card, or a refund.
How rough is the ride?
The tour is a soft-adventure experience, safe and suitable for guests aged 5 and up. The ride is not extreme, and the Jeeps move slowly. The focus is on showcasing the beauty of the desert.
You may cancel for any reason up to 48 hours before departure for a full refund. No refunds or credits are given for cancellations made within 48 hours of departure or for no-shows. If the tour is canceled due to extreme weather or mechanical issues, you may reschedule, receive a gift card, or a refund. Reservations for 3 or more Jeeps are subject to a different policy.
