Things to know
All participants must complete an Acknowledgement & Assumption of Risk form before the trip date. If your group is not tax-exempt, tax will be applied after booking. If you paid a deposit, plan to pay the remaining balance (additional fees may apply if unpaid 7 days after the trip date—clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking).
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 14 days before the event to get a gift card for future bookings. Within 14 days or no-shows pay the entire contracted amount. If Venture Outdoors postpones due to weather or environmental conditions, you get a reschedule date; if you can’t reschedule, remaining balance is refunded or credited.

Wear comfortable, moisture-wicking clothing and closed-toe shoes (or shoes that securely strap to the back of your foot). Bring a reusable water bottle; sun protection like sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses; and optional items like bug spray and a backpack.
