Full or partial refunds may be issued within 48 hours of purchase; partial refunds apply after accessing online study, and books are nonrefundable. After 48 hours, courses are nonrefundable. Changes require at least 48 hours' notice before check-in.

If weather prevents sea or boat diving, your training may move to an alternate land-based location up to 80 miles from the shop. Transportation is not provided for alternate locations, and you may reschedule for a future day instead.
