Itinerary
Please make sure to be outside and ready for your pick up. The buses can not park or wait at pick up locations and we do usually pick up from multiple locations per tour time.

- Weight requirement: 45–280 lbs
- Requires walking, climbing stairs and ziplining independently
- Riders under 16 must be accompanied by an adult
- Pregnant riders cannot participate
- Present the credit card and government-issued ID used for the reservation; names must match the reservation
- Closed-toe shoes are required; sandals, Crocs, five-finger shoes and Chacos are not permitted
- Check in upstairs when you arrive at the property
- Do not eat or drink on the shuttle
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation more than 48 hours in advance. Same-day reservations are final sale. No-shows forfeit the booking total and cannot be refunded or rescheduled. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Bring the credit card used for the booking and a government-issued ID. The name on your ID, credit card, and reservation must match.
Wear close-toed shoes. Do not wear sandals, crocs, five-finger shoes, chacos, or similar shoes—they are not permitted on the course. Wear proper attire (shirt and shoes) and avoid offensive language or imagery, booty/cheeky shorts, and swimsuits or similar attire.
You must weigh 45–280 lbs to participate. Riders under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women cannot participate.
