Fort Morgan Marina
Discover what we've curated for you
This laid-back marina spot has become a favorite for visitors to the Fort Morgan area, largely thanks to Tacky Jack's Restaurant drawing people in. The food gets consistent praise, with reviewers raving about the blackened fish tacos, po-boys loaded with shrimp and oysters, and those famous bushwhackers. The Tuesday all-you-can-eat shrimp special seems to be a real crowd-pleaser. Beyond the dining, there's a friendly upstairs shop where you can grab Fort Morgan souvenirs and use surprisingly clean restrooms. The vibe here is wonderfully relaxed and welcoming. Several visitors mention it as a must-do stop when you're in the area, perfect for booking a fishing charter or simply enjoying waterfront views while you eat. A few people expressed disappointment that boat rentals are no longer available, though fishing charters are still on offer. The general consensus is that this is a cool little destination that combines good food, nice scenery, and convenient marina services in one pleasant package.
Definitely a must do while in Fort Morgan. I had blackened fish tacos and hubby had Tuesday special...all you can eat shrimp. I had a bushwacker too and he had peanut butter pie. Very tasty.
