Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before for a full refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Check in at the entrance of the Aloha Pavilion, reached through the main lobby. Starting November 17, 2024, check-in will be near the main entrance of the hotel, just before Valley Alley.
