Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change 5+ days before for a full refund or free rescheduling. Less than 5 days is non-refundable and may be rescheduled once, subject to availability; extra fees may apply. No-shows/late arrivals aren’t eligible for refund or rescheduling. Full refund if extended unsafe weather prevents the activity.

Yes. You can bring your own boards or skis, or your own Coast Guard-approved (CGA) life jacket if you prefer.
Use public parking in the paved lot in front of Shep Brown’s Boat Basin, with an overflow gravel lot off Lovejoy Sands Rd. Staff meet you outside the marina in the designated pickup area and escort your group to the boat once all guests have arrived and are ready to board.
