Ages 10+; ages 10–15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and participate independently. Weight requirement is 70–250 lbs, and participants are weighed at check-in on a "GO/NO GO" scale. Closed-toed shoes are required, and all participants must sign a waiver.
Cancellation Policy
7-day cancellation policy. Cancel outside 7 days: refund minus $10 per person service fee; booking fees processed by Fareharbor are non-refundable. No refunds or reschedules with less than 7 days notice. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, you will be rescheduled or get a full refund.
FAQs
Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time and check in at the Clubhouse. If you haven’t checked in at least 10 minutes before the tour, you may lose your reserved seat; you may be rescheduled later only if a seat is available, otherwise you may lose the tour.
Yes. Every participant must read and sign a waiver to participate, and waivers must be completed prior to arrival. Participants under 18 need a waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian; if the signer isn’t present, bring a photocopy of the signer’s driver’s license with the signed waiver.
You must be at least 10 years old. Ages 10–15 must be accompanied by an adult (18+) and be able to participate independently. A responsible adult must be on the grounds for all participants under 15.
