    Cancellation policy

    Guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to the scheduled chef experience to receive a full refund. Cancellations made between 8 and 29 days in advance are eligible for a 50% refund or may be rescheduled within 90 days at no extra charge. If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event, the full session fee applies. No-shows or last-minute cancellations are non-refundable due to preparation and ingredient sourcing.
