Thanks to Julian’s high degree of clear, concise and timely communication, as well as his willingness and flexibility to help me make this happen with a limited timeframe, I was able to get this done while visiting from out of town. Julian’s at all times calm and professional demeanor made me feel safe and confident during all stages of my certification. I leave La Jolla today with a new skill that I am so excited to use with my loved ones for the rest of my life!
