Know before you go
- Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in
- Complete a waiver before participating
- Wear a life jacket at all times while on the water
- Children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult while on the water
- Passenger participation is for ages 3+ with an adult, subject to watercraft, conditions, and staff judgment
- Youth ages 13–17 may paddle their own watercraft with parent or guardian permission when conditions allow
- Alcohol and drugs are prohibited before and during rentals
- Bring a dog-specific life jacket if bringing a dog; none is provided
- Additional fees not included in the listed price may apply for late returns, retrieval, lost equipment, damage, or unreturned equipment
- Return to shore immediately if it is safe to do so when thunder or lightning occurs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your reservation for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged the full reservation cost. Full refund or rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather or safety concerns.
FAQs
Wear clothing and footwear that can get wet. Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a filled reusable water bottle, and a waterproof case or dry bag for valuables. Water shoes or sandals are optional but recommended.
Your rental may be delayed, modified, restricted, or canceled for weather, wind, water conditions, or safety concerns. Once on the water, monitor conditions and return early if wind, weather, fatigue, or comfort becomes a concern.
If you bring a dog, provide a dog-specific life jacket. Dog life jackets are not provided.
