Ride first class in a historic Dome Car on a 2.5-hour round-trip excursion from Duluth into the Northwoods. Watch the shoreline and neighborhoods roll by from the upstairs viewing area as an attendant brings your included snacks and drinks.
First class (Dome Car) seating is not wheelchair accessible, and coach has no wheelchair-accessible restrooms. Pets are not allowed (service animals as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act are allowed). Strollers are not permitted on the trains.
Refunds or reschedules are available with at least 48 hours notice before departure. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or missed excursions. Refunds or credits are provided if the operator cancels the excursion.
Arrive 20–30 minutes before departure to pick up your tickets at will-call. Doors close 2 minutes before departure for safety checks; if you arrive after doors close, you won’t be permitted to board and you won’t receive a refund.
Pick up your tickets at the ticket window on the day of your excursion using your last name.
Trains operate rain or shine and in snow. Coaches are heated/cooled as needed (except in open air car areas).

My friends and I did the first class dome care Friday night dinner ride. Bob and Mariann were outstanding, they made the trip even more memorable. Relaxing ride enjoying the sites and just slowing down being with friends made this memorable. Only feedback for improvement would be the speakers to hear what they were saying about the sites. It was tough to hear but not a deal breaker at all. Highly recommend doing this dinner trip!
