I love this place! Yesterday was the second time that I was ever there. Previously, I had always gone to Kayak Shak at Fish Creek in Saratoga Lake. Never knew about this place before. In comparison to Fish Creek, it is much calmer and has little to no wind. There are no motor boats and my paddle was far more calm and relaxing as a result. There are two directions that you can paddle. If you go to the left it takes you out to Lake Lonely. If you go to the right it follows the creek. Two completely different experiences. You can rent or you can bring your kayak. I believe they charge $10 to put in if you bring your own kayak. Rentals are 14 dollars per hour. Staff is very friendly and they assist you in getting in and getting out of your kayak if you need it. The owner said that they are open until October 1st this year.
