Things to know
Starter Pass requires a minimum age of 6 and minimum height of 4 feet. Treetop and Zipline passes require a minimum age of 10 and a height between 4 feet 6 inches and 6 feet 0 inches. Adult accompaniment in the trees is required for minors ages 6–11 based on group size.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 24 hours notice for daytime play and 48 hours for ZOMBIE Zips. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Yes, for certain ages. For the Starter Pass, every 2 minors ages 6–9 must be accompanied in the trees by 1 adult. For the Treetop and Zipline passes, every 3 minors ages 10–11 must be accompanied in the trees by 1 adult. Ages 12+ do not need adult supervision in the trees.
