- Complete the required waiver before arrival
- Requires a driver age 18 or older who can operate the boat safely and responsibly
- Requires a Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate for drivers born on or after January 1, 1989
- Do not use this pontoon for camping or fishing
- Request child-size life vests ahead of time or bring your own
- Documented damage, cleaning, late, recovery, and loss-of-use charges may be charged to your card and are not included in the listed price

Cancellation Policy
Get a 90% refund when you cancel 21 or more days before your reservation, or a 50% refund when you cancel 14 days before. No refund when you cancel 7 days before. Unsafe weather may qualify for a 50% refund at the operator's discretion; overcast or light rain do not qualify.

Only the person listed on the rental agreement may operate the pontoon. Operators must be at least 18 and able to operate the boat safely and responsibly. A Wisconsin Boater Safety Certificate is required for operators born on or after January 1, 1989.
Alcohol or drug use is not allowed while operating the boat.
Return the pontoon by the end of your contracted rental day. Additional rental charges apply for late returns.
