It started by taking good care of guests in our home

Greetwell began with a single Airbnb in Maui. Guests kept asking what they should do while they were there and we wanted to make sure they made the most of their trip. Everything we've built since comes from that.

There are more things to do than ever, but it's still hard to know what's actually worth your time. We look for great local businesses, learn what makes them special, and help guests choose with confidence.

We take the same care with the businesses we recommend. They've spent years building their reputations. We set expectations, answer questions, and handle the details so they can focus on giving you a great experience.

Great recommendations were only the beginning

That one Airbnb grew to more than 300 homes in Sonoma and thousands across the country. The more guests we welcomed, the more we learned about what was worth recommending.

Eventually, guests wanted to book those recommendations directly. That became Greetwell.

Today, we pair those recommendations with the same kind of personal service you'd expect if you were a guest in our home. If plans change, the weather turns, or something goes wrong, there's a real person here to help figure out what comes next.
