Know before you go
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; boarding is on the hour
- Complete the digital waiver before boarding
- Ages under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Wear closed-toe water shoes for shelling; open-toe shoes, flip-flops, and Crocs are not allowed
- Leave coolers and dogs behind; service animals are welcome
- Return to the island meeting spot 20 minutes before your reservation ends; the boat may depart without late arrivals
- Expect weather and sea conditions to affect operations at the captain's discretion
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund. Cancel 3 days or more before departure for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 3 days of departure, late arrivals, and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, choose a full refund or reschedule within 1 year.
