- Arrive 30 minutes before departure for check-in and boarding preparation
- Sign the digital waiver before boarding
- Ages under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Wear closed-toe water shoes or comfortable closed-toe shoes; flip-flops and Crocs are not allowed
- Leave coolers behind; they are not allowed onboard
- Leave dogs behind; service animals are welcome
- Return to the island pickup point 20 minutes before your reservation ends
Cancellation Policy
Cancel within 7 days of booking for a full refund. Cancel 3 or more days before departure for a 50% refund. No refund within 3 days of departure, for late arrival, or no-shows. Tours operate rain or shine; the captain may delay or cancel for unsafe weather. If canceled due to weather, choose a full refund or reschedule within 1 year.
