- Sign the digital waiver before boarding
- Wear closed-toe water shoes or comfortable shoes that can get wet and muddy
- Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by an adult
- Leave coolers and dogs behind; service animals are welcome
- Return to the boat 20 minutes before the end of your reservation time
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel within 7 days of booking. Receive a 50% refund when you cancel 3 or more days before departure. No refund within 3 days of departure, for late arrival, or no-shows. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels due to weather, choose a full refund or reschedule within 1 year.
